Holy Thursday, 2013

Hold my crucifixion in your heart and tell all the world of my love.  I have given everything.  I have poured out all my being in love.  I hold nothing back.  I do not count the cost.  If there were more I could give I would joyfully give it.  All souls are my pearl of great price.  I sold everything to purchase you.  Let me hold you in my palm and cherish you.  I see you.  When I look into your eyes I see my own vibrant image in which you were formed.  Cast away everything else.  Shed the images and clothing of a world that is compulsively attempting to hide from its shame.  Stand Naked and pure before me.  Look at Me, and become like me in the loving act of seeing me as I am.

The clouds are coming which will wash away all structures that are built upon the sand.  Stand on the firm foundation of my Being.  I am taking from you everything that you do not need.  I am not interested in your shifting likes and dislikes.  I am interested in your Freedom: the freedom of the Children of God.

-Jesus: "Scott, connect your heart to my Heart and see that we are brothers.  There is nothing you lack.  Everything is yours, as it is mine.  Everything is a gift from our Father.  The only choice you have to make is which gift you want to pick up and unwrap."
-me: "I want you to select a gift for me."
-Jesus: "Here is the gift I choose for you.  A green hill of soft grass where you can lie in the sunshine.  The world is moving very fast.  There are few people who rest deeply and become still enough to hear my voice.  More education is not what you need.  No education compares with my voice speaking to you--my voice speaking in you and through you.  The world needs to hear my gentle, gracious voice.  And what is needed in order to hear is a stillness born of trust and hope.  You are understanding more what Fr. Michael said to you concerning sloth.  He said that constant work and activity can be a manifestation of sloth.  Sloth is despair; it is a sin against hope and trust.  Constant activity that is devoid of spirit is sloth.  From the standpoint of spirit, it is a denial of the one activity that is most needful: to sit and listen to my voice.  To sit and listen with a wide-open heart is challenging work.  Hope is one of the most unused muscles.  The most strenuous use of this muscle is to be still and listen.  Are you willing to let your heart be cracked open?  In this cracking, my Heart will emerge in you.  I invite you to lie down in the grass."

-Jesus: "My Heart encompasses All.  My Heart engulfs All.  There is no being that is not in my Heart.  Feel the love that I have for you and for all.  Feel my love for those who are not yet able to feel it.  Feel in your heart the love I have for those who despair of love; and as your heart is connected with theirs they will awaken to love."
-Me: "Jesus, as I sit here in stillness I suddenly see a factory full of workers in China.  My heart breaks to see them laboring like this, and knowing that I am benefiting from their labor."
-Jesus: "Project yourself into the factory.  Sit with them and feel my love pouring through your heart into their hearts.  See them soften and lighten.  Breathe the Father's Light in through your third eye then into your heart which is filled and surrounded by my Heart.  Then breathe the Fire of the Holy Spirit out of your heart into another's heart."

-Jesus: "Look into my eyes.  See them dazzling and clear, full of light and joy.  Looking into my eyes, see my Heart.  It is blazing and bursting with love's fire.  Lay your head on my Heart and I will sing you the song of you.  I will sing to you your Name.  All armor and rigidity and fear will fall away.  In the warm presence of love you become soft and alive.  In my Heart there is no judgement.  There is only the judgement of seeing who you most deeply are.  Love's eyes invite you to softly open and unfold.  It may seem like a long time before the seed cracks.  But the sun's coaxing is patient and persistent.  It never gives up.  Once the protective shell is burst apart, the life-force contained within it explodes--reaching deep into the Earth and stretching high toward the Sun.  This is the rending of the stone tomb.  This is resurrection into the Presence of God."

I see your Sacred Heart.  I connect my heart to yours.  I see you coming with a host of Angels.  I see your feet touching Earth with a low boom that reverberates through rock and sea and air.  You have come to claim your kingdom.  The parched soil of the planet and of our own bodies are longing for the rain of justice and healing that has begun to fall.  In your presence I become ashamed of all the time I've wasted.  My vision and my mind become clouded.  You say, "Do not look at yourself.  Look at me.  See my radiance, my glory.  See my smile.  I will sing to you a song.  A song of love.  Would you like to hear it?"
"YES!"

With my arms raised, palms outward, I see You and welcome You rising as a sun in glory on Earth.  I see You clothed in gold, brilliantly radiant in blinding splendor.  Your glorious radiance pierces through me burning away the small self with its petty desires and fears, and awakening the awareness of your Spirit in me: "Beloved, we are God's children now; it does not yet appear what we shall be, but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is." (1 John:3,2)  In this awareness there is no more me.  There is only You.  There is only me welcoming You.  I offer myself as a microcosm of Earth.  Please establish Your kingdom fully in me.

-Jesus: “Now is the time to listen. I will save all those who take refuge in my Sacred Heart. As the blood on the lintels of the homes of the Hebrews protected them from the Destroying Angel so will my Sacred Heart protect you. In the coming trials be assured that even if your body does not survive, your soul will remain safe in my Sacred Heart. There is nothing but love in my Heart. Please know that there is nothing but love in my Heart. Only love is eternal, and my Heart is the greatest reference point for Love in all the universe. Set your coordinates on my Heart. Be like Peter as he took that first bold, loving step out of the boat. He ignored the storm raging around him and fixed his eyes on my Heart. Practice this. When there is an emotional storm raging in your life close your eyes and with your entire will look at my Heart. Corral your will and your attention into one compressed point and lovingly look into my Heart. The storm will fade into the background as the reality of love which supercedes and encompasses all else fills your awareness. Look at my Heart and step out of the boat. Too often people focus on Peter’s ‘failure’ and ignore the fact that he actually walked on water. And he did it out of love. My walking on the water was not a trick or a curiosity. It was to show that all storms are nothing compared with love. I was intently focused on my Father’s boundless love for me. No matter where I was or in what situation, I knew that I was walking on the solid ground of my Father’s love. I long for you to know that He is your Father too. Remember how I taught you to pray, ‘Our Father…’ I included you with me in that ‘Our.’”

-Jesus: “Now is the time to listen. To truly listen to another means to die to oneself—to die to one’s own thoughts, plans, prejudices. True listening is a generous act of self-sacrifice. Are you willing to sit with me and listen? Are you willing to listen to others? This is the greatest act of mortification and penance. Fasting is nothing compared with uninhibited listening.”

-Jesus: “What do you desire from me?”

-Me: “Your love. I want to know your boundless love for me.”

-Jesus: “Then love like me. Love all people boundlessly, especially those you find most difficult to love. In doing so you will know my love for you, not because you have then earned it, and not because I will then love you for loving boundlessly, but because you will then know in your whole being by experience that such love exists and you will be able then to perceive and receive the infinite love with which I am continually loving you. You will know my love to the degree that you love like me. Again I want to say that there is no fast or penance anywhere near as difficult or transformational as loving someone you find difficult to love."

-Jesus: “Everyone was made in my image and since I truly love myself I love everyone. I am loving myself in everyone. Many of those made in my image are still far from awareness of their divine essence. Thus they are in a hell. I am loving them and seeing them as part of me, but they must strive to share in that awareness with me. Even a glimmer of repentance constitutes a recognition of one’s true divine nature. It is a recognition of how one has failed to live that nature. This is why it is so easy to remain out of hell. As long as one has even the slightest glimpse or awareness of the divine image within him or her it is impossible to exist in hell. Love every part of yourself as a share in the divine nature. Any part that you reject or do not invite into the light of consciousness you are consigning to hell."

-Jesus: “Now is the time to forgive everyone for everything. No one has taken anything of essence from you. By withholding forgiveness you think that you are holding someone ransom until they return to you what you perceive they have taken from you. Those perceived woundings and slights had nothing to do with you. Look to your core and you will see that nothing of essence has been taken from you. Your core—the place where I dwell—is wholly intact. Focus on that place and let everything else go. There are indeed those who have been deeply wounded, who have experienced part of themselves being intentionally stolen and ripped away. They have experienced devastation. But even these priceless human beings have not had their core violated. Since my image exists at the core of every human being it is not possible. I cannot be violated. I proved that (in the true sense of the word prove). I was falsely accused, tortured, killed and descended into the land of the dead. But in the midst of those horrors I maintained an awareness of my true essence, of my core where the Holy Spirit dwells. As a result I was resurrected to perfect awareness and a glorified form. Only the ego can be offended and violated. The core cannot. If one identifies with the ego then one can experience devastation. If one identifies with the core then one cannot. The ego is helpful in its ability to choose to focus consciousness on the core. It is possible for the ego to be shattered by external wounding and if this shattering happens before the ego has done the work of transferring its identity and self-awareness to the core then it can experience and feel itself as being shattered, but this is not true at a fundamental level, only at a shallow level, a level of perception. This is not to demean or downplay the experience of suffering. The felt experience of suffering is terribly real. I too have felt it. Remember my agonized cry on the cross, ‘My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?’ I felt that God had forsaken me, but of course He had not. This is the experience of the dark night, the ultimate shattering of the ego with its resultant experience of death. This leads the soul into the land of the dead where it wanders until it is able to make the shift. In the moment of that agonized cry my ego was fully shattered and I chose to surrender. Instead of holding on to those broken pieces of ego I shifted my awareness to my Father’s love. In the ultimate act of trust I let go of trying to save and hold together my own ego-identity and I blindly flung myself into my Father’s love. The struggle was over as I peacefully prayed, ‘Father, into your hands I commend my spirit.’ With this surrender I was able to enter into the land of the dead with full awareness of the Divine Spirit at my core. My consciousness had become fully identified with the Divine Spirit who is Lord of the Living and the Dead. I was able to preach to the dead and help them to see and identify with their divine core. Having preached to the dead I then rose from the dead in full awareness of my union with the Living God. Of course you need to remember that I was never not fully God; I was never not fully in union with God. But I also had a fully human experience, and as such I needed, like you, to do the work of surrendering my ego-identity to the Father. Remember what Gregory Nazianzus said: ‘What has not been assumed cannot be restored; it is what is united with God that is saved.’”

-Me: “Lord, I’m feeling uncomfortable with some of these things I believe I have heard you say. I do not want to be deceived, and I live in dread of deceiving anyone else.”

-Jesus: “Do not worry. All fear and untruth will be purified and removed through suffering and surrender. I am most certainly God. I am a unique Son of God. ‘I and the Father are one.’ (John 10:30) But our divinity is most certainly not honored when men and women who were created in Our image (Genesis 1:26) do not recognize their own divinity and take on the responsibility that that reality imposes. Remember my prayer: ‘I do not pray for these only, but also for those who believe in me through their word, that they may all be one; even as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me. The glory which you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one, I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you have sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.’ (John 17:20-23) Know who you are as daughters and sons of God. It is your responsibility to heal the earth, and now is the time to do it. Remember that in the beginning I set you in the Garden and gave you the responsibility to care for the earth and all its living creatures. I called you to be gardeners and gamekeepers. Nothing more and nothing less. Everything else that you have created is superfluous and is coming crashing down, like another Tower of Babel. These superfluous creations come crashing down of their own accord because they are top-heavy and not grounded in natural law. There need to be lawyers and engineers who have studied deeply Natural Law (with its branches: Moral, Karmic, Physical, Environmental; and Metaphysical—which encompasses all the others) and who know how to apply its principles in all works of creation, construction and healing from here on out.”

3-2-09

-In a meditation vision, Jesus had me take a torch and we went down deep into the earth. We sat in a large cavern. He asked me to open up and be aware. I could feel and see spirits of the dead flying around. I became afraid. Jesus directed, “Fix your gaze upon my Heart. All they can do is threaten and provoke fear. They cannot harm you if you look at my Heart. See its radiance and love. They will become aware of what you are doing and that you are unaffected by them. They are currently lost souls, lost within themselves, within a hell in their own mind. But if they see you unaffected by their hell and peacefully gazing at my Heart, some of them will become curious and start looking too. In my Heart they will be freed. Even the greatest evil can be melted by the love of my Heart.”

"Simply trust.  I hold all beings in my Heart."

“This is a time of warning though, and punishment will come to those who disobey—a punishment of your own creation.”

“Now that I am in my glorified body all beings can be like the Apostle John. All who choose can lay their head on my breast and listen to my Heart. All who listen to my heartbeat will be fully healed and restored.”

-Me: “I love you Jesus.”

3-4-09

-In a meditation vision I am yelling at Jesus with all my force. I tell him I hate him. When he asks, “Why?” I say, “Because you are always the powerful one and I am always the powerless one.” He says to me, “That is not true. I am the beggar-God. You have something I want. You carry a piece of me and only you can choose to bring that piece back.” With wary disbelief I ask, “How can that be? How could I who am infinitely small have anything that you who are infinitely vast could want?” Jesus replied, “If a child of yours were lost, would you not spend all your life and energy seeking to find him and bring him back home to you, back into union with you? When you have a child, a part of you generously and lovingly goes into the making of her, therefore you are forever vulnerable in relationship to her in a way that she is not toward you. You would do anything to get her back. But only the child can choose to come back. It is the child’s loving duty to return to the parent what was given. I did this toward my Father in my Name and in the name of all my brothers and sisters. In my being, and by my perfect surrender, I returned to the Father all that was lost. ALL who were lost have been returned. ALL have been saved. But now each must realize that he or she is saved and safe and home. Now each must make his or her own small effort to lovingly return to Our Father what was lovingly given.”

3-16-09

-Jesus: “It is only with and through my Heart that you can see the world and other beings rightly.”

“Do not resist any experience or encounter that comes to you. Approach everything with an open heart. Receive it into your heart. Let your heart digest the experience with love; your heart will expand. Love is the strongest digestive enzyme. There is nothing it cannot digest. Try this. Recall a painful memory and then call upon my Sacred Heart to surround and imbue that memory with love. See what happens. You will begin to feel a shift. Your response to that memory will start to soften. Your body relaxes and your spirit lightens as you see the experience with love. Look at the person who has hurt you and see how they shift. When you look at them with love how do they appear? What do you notice about them? Some memories and experiences can take a long time to digest. Just keep coming back to them again and again, looking at them through my Heart. Eventually love will digest them. Those memories will be transformed. Through this process your whole being will be transformed and your heart will expand. Your heart and all hearts are becoming like my Heart.”

4-6-09

-I began meditation by confessing my jealousy toward others who are wealthier than me. I complained about feeling poor and limited. Jesus responded, “You are wealthy beyond imagining! You are a son of the Most High God. You are a Prince. Carry yourself as a Prince. This is a beautiful aspect of monarchy versus democracy. The Monarch embodies a powerful archetype of a universal inner reality. You are all Royalty. And when you honor a King or Queen you are acknowledging your own royalty. There is not enough honoring in the democratic system. It engenders sloppiness and poverty of respect in personal relationships. You must treat each person you meet as if they were royalty. Because they are. And since you are of the Highest Royalty everything is yours. This is why I said, ‘Blessed are the poor, for the kingdom of God is theirs.’ The poor are at an advantage in this regard. The ‘wealthy’ are tempted to become entrapped in the small plot of land they ‘own.’ But in acknowledging ownership over one relatively small plot of land—no matter how large it is—they simultaneously acknowledge that they do not own all the rest; i.e., that it is not theirs. The poor on the other hand, because they own nothing, have the capacity to see and feel and know that everything is theirs, the whole cosmos is theirs—i.e., the kingdom of God is theirs. Ownership is a dangerous trap. This is why I said that it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.”

4-7-09

-Jesus: “Gratitude is key. It easily opens the doorway to heaven. Through gratitude you can have a real experience of heaven right here on earth. Close your eyes and think of something simple that makes you happy—like a daffodil. See the brilliant yellow and the unique form of the flower. Drink it into your body and see how you immediately change. Feel the sensations in your body, how your body becomes lighter and begins to hum. Now think of someone you love deeply. Use your imagination to see them sitting in front of you. Allow your heart to open and fully receive their presence. Feel their presence and the loving beauty of their physical form. Look into their eyes and see the radiant light of their soul. Focus on their chest and feel the vibrant love pulsing in their heart. Feel your two hearts connect; exchange this love back and forth. Allow yourself to experience gratitude for this one you love so deeply. Again notice the changes that occur in your entire being. Notice the physical changes in your body and in your emotional state. Your belly and shoulders relax, you smile, your heart soars, your whole being expands, you feel more connected with the one you love--whether it’s a flower or a person--and you see them in a much deeper way. These changes are real. You’ve experienced a quantum shift of state. If you make this a disciplined practice and continuously string together these momentary shifts then you will find yourself moving toward a permanent state of joy. This joy is heaven and can be experienced here on Earth.”

-Jesus: “Love the least, and you will find yourself loved. Love the hardest to love—for which I give you the capacity—and you will find that love proves itself. Each one feels that he is among the least, the least loved and lovable. Focus on loving that which is least and most unlovable within you and you will discover that love is unbounded. See the part of you that is ‘least among you’ as if it were a small child. Hold that child with tenderness until fear, mistrust and revulsion melt away. Slowly the beauty that is hidden in that part of yourself will be uncovered. In each person there is an aspect that is unlike anyone else. This is the necessity of your existence. But because you see this part of you reflected in no one else you mistrust it. It feels like an outsider. In fact this is the part of you that most needs to be revealed. It is the sacred missing puzzle piece. When you learn to love this part of yourself you will understand in your entire being that nothing and no one is an outsider. Everything has its place in my Father’s perfect cosmos.”

5-4-09

-Jesus: “Receive the love that is being given, rather than the one you wish were being given. This is the problem: people yearn for a love that is seemingly not available to them while ignoring the infinite love that is pouring into them in another form. I am the God of infinite love; there is never a single moment when you are not saturated with my love. Remember what I said to you many years ago, that I have more love to give than you have need of it. I have more love to give than you have capacity to receive it. Think of yourself as a solar panel and I am the Sun pouring my life and energy into you. Focus on my fullness, not on your lack. For however long you focus on your lack you will experience lack. Hell is an eternal focus on your lack. But to the degree that you focus on my fullness you will experience fullness and your capacity for receiving my infinitude will increase. Be simple. Rest in simplicity and trust.”

-Me: “Jesus, I love you. How can I thank you for the experience you just gave me? I took your advice and imagined myself as a solar panel. I asked you and the Holy Spirit to turn on the switches of all my cells so that they could receive the Father’s energy. I then focused on His light coming into me from every side. I could feel it. I could feel my whole being light up. You then directed me to open up a portal at the top of my head and receive a column of light straight from the Father’s throne. I also imagined a column of energy coming up into me from the center of the Earth. I felt connected and charged. I then returned to imagining myself as a solar panel and receiving the Father’s light from all directions. I felt so happy and surrounded and filled and supported and loved. Then I focused on my heart, receiving the Father’s light and energy into my heart. The energy was tremendous. Next I focused my consciousness on your Heart within me. I could feel and see very clearly your Heart at the center of my being. I could feel your Heart soaking in the Father’s love, energized by his light. I could feel your Heart as the neural and energetic center of my whole being. I felt transformed, utterly alive and energized. I was ecstatic with the energy pouring through me and pulsing within me. I then felt my awareness expanding beyond my own being. I was still focusing my consciousness on your Heart at ‘my’ center but because I was focusing more on your Heart than on my own being, my consciousness expanded beyond my own being. Spontaneously I began to feel you drawing things into your Heart. First I felt the mountains being drawn in. I felt their energy and expanded further. Then I felt Mt. Rainier drawn into your Heart. I felt such love for Rainier. Then I felt the poor and hungry and sick throughout the Earth being drawn into your Heart. I sobbed and expanded as I experienced your Heart at the center of my conscious being holding the poor and suffering. Again my consciousness expanded and I could feel your Heart loving ALL beings and souls. I felt your love as infinite, holding and loving all beings without limit. There is no limit to your love. There is no boundary beyond which your love does not go or cannot pass. Please Lord, let your Heart dwell fully in me. Let me carry your Heart into the world and love every being with your Heart.”

11-26-09

-Jesus: “Scott, write! I have a desire that ALL be saved. The time is NOW. There is no time to waste. This is why I gave you the dream about the alarm clock last night. Now is the time to awake and arise from your slumber. Now is the time to Pray. It is now time to pray. Forget everything else. It is lost and gone. It is dust straw and ash. ‘The night is far spent, the day is at hand.’ (Romans 13:12) There is no time to waste. Every moment counts. With every action you are modeling the New World that is coming. Be very careful and attentive and mindful about the world that you are modeling. This chance won’t come again in this world in this way. Yes, I showed you the fast flowing river outside your childhood home. Others do not see the river yet and are concerned with other things. But always remember love. All that is happening and is about to happen is about LOVE. Pray for ALL people. Pray that all may be comforted, that ALL may be saved. ‘The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.’ (John 5:25)”

2-7-10

-Jesus: “Today we’ll talk about hell. I who knew no sin became sin. (2 Corinthians 5:21) I did not sin. But I was made by the Father to be sin for your sake. Sin is separation from God. Hell is separation from God. Sin and hell become therefore interchangeable. Are you listening? On the cross I became sin. I became separate from God.”

-Me: “But how could you become separate from God when you are God?”

-Jesus: “Yes, I became separate in awareness from myself, from my true nature. You could say that for a moment I forgot my true nature as I entered into other’s sins, as I entered into their hells. Not through commission of sin but through love and compassion—through loving identification—was I able to enter into hell, into your personal hells. Hell is not a place that you can visit with your person intact. I could not simply walk into hell. God cannot walk into hell. If God is there then it is by definition not hell. Hell is a state of soul. You cannot visit hell as an outsider, as one who does not belong there. You are either there or you are not. I became sin. Sin is separation from God. I became separate from God, separate in consciousness from my true nature. For the first time I knew what sin was like from the inside. For the first time I became fully, wholly conscious of sin—not as an outside observer, but as a state of being, a state of consciousness. How could you truly love a God or be in communion with a God who does not t know what it is like to be you? It is said that I was in hell for three days. It felt like an eternity. I experienced it as an eternity. I harrowed hell by remembering who I was while in the midst of hell. No one had ever gone to the deepest region of hell before and returned. In that region is pure and utter forgetfulness of God, of one’s nature as an image of God. But I remembered.”

-Me: “How did you do that?”

-Jesus: “You would have to experience it in order to understand. But you did have some experience of it today in listening deeply to the woman you spoke with. To a degree you entered into her hell by listening to her. You were there for the last 24 hours. Finally you had the strength and courage to sit with me, to look at me. For a while the pain became more intense as you were waking up and remembering. Then you were given the inspiration to choose to feel hope for this woman while in the midst of her hell. Immediately you were raised out of hell as you remembered God while in that place. You could not have met God today except from within the consciousness of hell. You were in hell, albeit someone else’s, and if you had tried to pray and connect with God as if you were not in hell you would have made no connection. This is why you felt cut off from God for so many years even while you were spending so much energy trying to connect with God. It was not until you began to consciously enter your hell that you began to meet me. I consciously entered into your hell while on the cross and for those ‘three’ days. I consciously entered your hell long before you did and have been waiting for you there. And as soon as you meet me there you enter into the heaven where I am.”

-Me: “Thank you, Jesus. Thank you for showing me all of this and letting me participate in a small way in the mystery of the Cross, Descent into Hell and Resurrection. I love you. I love you Holy Trinity.”

-Me: “But what about joy and love, Lord? Where are joy and love?”

-Jesus: “On Earth LOVE is suffering. When it comes to human beings, love is suffering. To love is to suffer, insofar as the one being loved is not in full communion with God. Again, to truly love another means going into their hell with them. As Simone Weil says, ‘The love of one’s neighbor in all its fullness simply means being able to say to him, “What are you going through?”’ And as soon as the question is posed you are there with them.”

5-24-10

-In meditation I opened myself up again to the experience of 5-4-09. This time I felt my heart reaching out in longing to your Heart. I was calling to you like a beacon, asking with my heart for you to return. I saw that your return is like an encore. In an encore the artist knows he is coming back on stage; the audience knows as well that the artist is coming back on stage. But the audience has to express with their entire being their desire that the artist return. I saw and felt that you are waiting for a critical mass of hearts to give their standing ovation. You are waiting for a whole-hearted, pure-hearted, one-hearted desire for your return. You are waiting for the one-hearteds to call you back, invite you back. With awe and wonder I felt that by our whole-hearted prayer we can influence the ‘day and the hour’ that only the Father knows. In awe and humility I thank you Father. Have mercy on me; I have not yet been whole-hearted, one-hearted in my devotion to you. Please grant me this grace."
